FVL is excited to announce Mrs. Katelynn Dorn has accepted her call to serve as a STEM Biomedical Science teacher. Mr. Seth Jaeger has also accepted his call to serve as a Phy Ed instructor and head football coach.

An Afternoon of Entertainment - Musicfest 1/27

FVL Musicfest 2019 is Sun., 1/27 from noon to 4 PM. This family-fun event showcases FVL student musicians. Enjoy the musical talent, the Fox Folk Marionettes, the silent auction, and more. Lunch & desserts available for purchase. Adults are $3. Students with FVL ID or FVL Passport are free. Proceeds benefit the FVL music programs and the Let the Children Come mortgage effort.

Regional WPCP Workshops

Want to learn more about the School Choice program? Three free regional workshops are being offered 2/4 at St. Mark-Green Bay, 2/5 at St. Peter-Freedom, and 2/7 at Martin Luther-Oshkosh. No registration needed. The time is 6 PM.

Winter weather is here! All delays and cancellations will be shared with families through our automated message system as soon as possible once decisions have been made. They will also be posted to our website, social media platforms, and area TV/radio stations.

Trout Educator Award - Nominations Open!

The Trout Educator Award was established in 2007 by Dr. Monroe and Sandra Trout in honor of Dr. Trout's parents, David and Florence Trout, and his brothers and sisters. The purpose of this award is to recognize a full-time FVL teacher each year for his/her efforts in and out of the classroom. The award money is to be used by the educator to pursue professional growth opportunities to advance his/her education and benefit the FVL student body. The use of the remaining portion of the award is left to the discretion of the educator.

Youth Apprenticeship Program Presentation from Nov 6th

On Tuesday, Nov. 6, Mrs. Julie Nass from CESA 6, gave a 30-minute presentation regarding the Youth Apprenticeship Program . We had many students express interest in this after the Career Fair last year, and FVL has been working toward a plan in partnership with CESA 6 to provide some opportunities in multiple career fields. 8th Grade Scheduling Nights

Parents who wish to enroll their 8th graders at FVL for the 2019-20 school year need to complete the online enrollment form.

Job Shadow Opportunities

FVL has a partnership with the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce to help students find a job shadowing or mentoring opportunity. These are great ways to explore different career options in fields that interest you.

Christian Family Solutions (CFS)

FVL partners with CFS to offer Christian counseling care and services to FVL students. Call 800-438-1772 for more information. CFS is part of the WELS Wisconsin Child & Family Service program.
