4/26-27 Sports Results: Baseball and Softball dominate doubleheaders

Baseball vs Marinette -- Wins, 10-6, 5-1
Game 1: Win, 10-6 -- After a slow start, the Foxes were down 5-1 going into the fifth, where they scored eight runs! Samuel Steffens pitched just over five innings, striking out five. Parker Knoll had three hits, with Adam Cootway and Isaiah Ulman each adding two more. Owen VanDerHorst finished the game with two RBIs.

Game 2: Win, 5-1 -- The Foxes built their lead by scoring four runs in the second and another in the third. Isaiah Ulman pitched seven innings and struck out three. Jakob Ulman and Knoll had two hits apiece, and Steffens and VanDerHorst each had two RBIs.

Softball at Wrightstown -- Wins, 11-1, 4-2
Game 1: Win, 11-1 -- The Foxes won in five innings thanks to their hot-hitting at the plate, scoring five runs each in the first and fifth innings. Maggie Foskett pitched five innings and struck out five. Foskett also had three hits and three RBIs. Lilly Scheffler added another three hits and 2 RBIs.

Game 2: Win, 4-2 -- The Foxes scored their four runs in the first two innings, and the Tigers' late runs were unable to take over their lead. Sydney Birling pitched seven innings and struck out 17 batters. Birling and Foskett each had two hits, and Foskett had an RBI. 

Soccer at Seymour -- Loss, 2-0
The Foxes put up a strong defensive stand against the Thunder, but fell just shy in the non-conference loss. Tessa Wilson finished with four saves. 

Track at Kimberly -- 
The track teams competed against both D1 and D2 schools at the annual Frank Gil Meet. Out of 11 teams, the boys took 6th place with 47 points, and out of 12 teams, the girls took 7th with 45 points. Athletes who placed in the top 8 scored points:
