FVL is excited to welcome eight new faculty and staff members for the 2018-19 school year! We wanted to take this opportunity to introduce you to some of the new names and faces you'll be seeing around the school this year.

Jeff Loberger will be serving at FVL as our new Director of Mission Advancement, working alongside FVL's current director Bob Fischer for the 2018-19 school year. Jeff will also be teaching one section of Old Testament.

Jeff held a number of positions before coming to FVL. Between 2001-2018, he served at Nebraska Lutheran High School; Immanuel in Hadar, NE; Prince of Peace in Salt Lake City, UT; Good Shepherd in Omaha, NE; and Christ the King in Palm Coast, FL.

"It is evident the Lord of the church is reaching out with the gospel message to a growing population at FVL," Jeff said. "With my children getting near high school age and the incredible work being done by the servant-heart workers and supporters of FVL, I was led to accept the position of Mission Advancement Director."

Hometown: Manitowoc, WI

Home Church: Mount Olive, Appleton

Favorite Bible Passage: Psalm 46:10 -- "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."

Talents/Interests/Passions: "My interests are highlighted with golf, and my passions are yard work (landscaping), activities with my children, and of course the Badgers, Brewers, and Packers!"

What most excites you about serving at FVL: "I am humbled to be called to serve the people of the Fox Valley Federation and the local community to share the blessings and challenges FVL faces as we collectively carry out the great commission. To be part of a faculty that is passionate about Jesus and the blessings he brings to young adults, I will get the opportunity to grow in my faith, provide an example through my life, and ultimately bring Jesus to others around me as we grow together!"
